Welcoming New and Returning Commercial Members - Aug '24

We took a major stride this year in broadening our geographical footprint across Asia Pacific's vital seafood production hubs with new members signing up to the STF. In addition to this, a total of 17 companies from India, Indonesia and Vietnam joined us in attending our recent STF summit in Bangkok.

This expansion marks a significant milestone for us, as it aims to replicate an already proven model for driving ethical and sustainable sourcing practices region wide. The following ten Indian businesses, including Devi Sea Foods – the largest Indian exporter of shrimp – have become our newest members;

Avanti Frozen Foods

Devi Fisheries

Devi Sea Foods

Kader Exports

Nekkanti Sea Foods

Penver Products

Sandhya Aqua Exports

Choice Canning

Yashaswi FMFO

We also welcome returning members Aquastar and Highliner plus new member Haven Foods too!

We are of course delighted to welcome these major global suppliers to the STF community, as we ramp up our activities in Asia Pacific. Their insights will be invaluable as we continue to make tangible progress on critical areas such as worker rights, conversion-free aquaculture as well as environmentally responsible sourcing across the shrimp and tuna supply chains.

The new cohort join our 30+ existing seafood industry members, a prestigious and continuously expanding group. Our diverse coalition gives us unparalleled convening power and industry influence as we implement our comprehensive STF 10-Point Plan.
