Implementation and Continuous Improvement
Key Responsibilities
Work in full collaboration with STF leadership team and alignment with STF overall direction:
Oversight and Continuous Improvement Programme Implementation in India
Administrative Support
STF Workstream Support in India and other STF Countries
Candidate Requirements
- Degree educated
- Experience in social compliance/auditing, preferably in the seafood industry
- Experience in capacity building/training
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience in agile project management
- Can speak and write English (B1 level min, B2 preferred)
- Can speak Hindi. Proficiency in Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Oriya are advantageous.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems
- Proactive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Work from home with occasional travels to work sites/meetings in India, Thailand, etc.
- Able to work across US and EU time zones
Oversight and Continuous Improvement Programme Implementation in India
- Schedule and coordinate annual assessments of supply chains for Indian members.
- Coordinate and provide support for STF auditor training, onsite calibration, and auditor qualification processes.
- Manage the prioritization of issues.
- Plan and execute remediation and capacity-building programmes.
Managing Administrative Support
- Oversee budget and provide administrative support for face-to-face and virtual meetings and trainings for members and stakeholders in India.
Supporting STF workstreams in India including but not limited to:
- Business Development
- Oversight Expansion
- Stakeholder Engagement
Supporting STF workstreams in other countries as assigned.
KPI’s:
- Percentage of scheduled supply chain assessments completed on time.
- Number of Auditors certified.
- Evaluation on remediation and capacity building programmes.
- Evaluation on meetings and trainings.
